Minha esposa me avisou para participar do Bunkyo esse ano mas não dei muita bola. Depois veio um amigo me falar, e depois uma professora de torno (Regina Esher) pra quem mostrei meu trabalho e ela falou voce precisa participar. Faltando umas tres semanas para o prazo final eu resolvi entrar, mas a peça que eu queria não estava pronta, somente na minha cabeça. Comecei loucamente a trabalhar nela mas o prazo foi acabando, faltando um semana vi que não daria tempo pra terminar e desisti. A noite vi uma postagem no instagram que o Bunkyo prorrogaria por mais uma semana a inscrição, pensei agora da tempo. Trabalhei ate o ultimo dia, fiz a foto e mandei, mas ela nao estava pronta de verdade, montei somente para a foto e tentar passar na primeira seleção. Mesmo assim continuei trabalhando nela e alguns dias depois fui selecionado pra segunda fase. Dali em diante eu tinha 28 dias exatos para finalizar a peça. Terminei no dia da entrega e levei para o local para a avaliação final dos curadores.
Algumas semanas depois recebi a resposta e ganhei o prêmio principal, fiquei muito feliz, nunca havia ganhado nada e isso me deu um animo absurdo.
My wife told me to participate in Bunkyo this year, but I didn't pay much attention. Then a friend told me, and then a teacher (Regina Esher), who I showed my work to, said you have to participate. With about three weeks to go before the deadline, I decided to enter, but the piece I wanted wasn't ready, only in my head. I started working frantically on it, but the deadline was approaching. With a week to go, I realized I wouldn't have time to finish it and gave up. That night, I saw a post on Instagram that Bunkyo was extending the registration period for another week. I thought, "Now's the time." I worked until the last day, took the photo, and sent it in, but it wasn't really ready. I put it together just for the photo and to try to get through the first round. Even so, I kept working on it, and a few days later, I was selected for the second round. From then on, I had exactly 28 days to finish the piece. I finished it on the day of delivery and took it to the venue for the curators' final evaluation. A few weeks later I received the answer and I won the main prize, I was very happy, I had never won anything and it gave me an absurd amount of encouragement.

Grão-Ducado Luxemburgo - participation
I participated in Luxembourg Art remotely; it was my first time exhibiting sculpted pieces. I received a certificate of artistic quality recognized by the museum.
Participei do Luxembourg Art remotamente, foi minha primeira participação com peças esculpidas. Recebi um certificado de qualidade artística reconhecida pelo museu.
